Growing up in the musical oasis of Grand Rapids, I participated in numerous choirs, hand-bell ensembles, private piano lessons, musicals, and both concert and marching band. By the age of 14, I had decided that I would be a music teacher, first attending Itasca Community College, and then Bemidji State University. In that time, I acquired a degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Science, K-12 Choral Music Education degree. I am thrilled to be the first educator in Northern Minnesota to offer KiddyKeys! My goal is to provide students with a strong musical foundation in a fun learning environment that will help them develop a love for music that will last a lifetime.
